Default Cowl hood on a Mustang V6?

What do you think?

Especially since I'm slowly getting parts for an M112 build

i like them, i am eventually going to get a cobra r hood.
look at them and see what you think. i think a 3" may be a bit much....subtle like cobra would work. doing the m112 though, at least you will have a reason for all the cowl.

when I put the m112 on my car I had to go with a 4.5" cowl to clear the pulley.

Here is the car with that one on it.

4.5 inches?

Holy ****...

I was expecting at least 3 inches or so, but nearly 5? Wow.

Did you buy the hood from AM? Which do you recommend for the M112 build? This is what I definitely want to do for my car. I'll have it for another 2 years, so I might as well put some work into this baby

I would cut the hood before using such a big cowl on a V6.

My hood comes direct from kaenen. Some m112 kits work out to be smaller.

Wow if I was only gonna own it for 2 years I'd leave it bone stock so I could get more for it.

Don't buy a cheap hood. The money you save will be eaten up by the body shop trying to get it to fit right, and prep time for paint.
