Default Misfire on Cylinder 3

I have a 2004 mustang coupe v6 3.8 litre and iv been getting a misfire on cylinder 3 and misfire on startup codes, I replaced the spark plugs and it stopped for a few weeks but then started again so i went and replaced the wires. That stopped it as well for a few weeks but then its started again. I have been told its either my injectors or my coil pack, my brother says it sounds like i have a stuck lifter when i start up and idle. Could a stuck lifter cause a misfire? and how would i fix a stuck lifter, changed the oil?

Its more likely to be a faulty ignition coil causing the misfire. Test before replacing it if you can.

What are the exact trouble codes. Don’t throw parts at the problem. Diagnose it and fix it right the first time. Good luck...
