Default Oil pick up tube

I realize this is inside the oil pan. On a 1997 3.8 how hard is this to get to?

The hard part is getting the oil pan off. It is simple if the motor is out of the vehicle, but an extreme PITA with the motor still in the engine bay. Good luck...
