No spark

No spark
Anyone have a good no spark checklist for a 1997 3.8?
I have found several reposts of a very comprehensive checklist, but is is more for 5.0's.
I just finished reassembling my engine after a top-end refresh, and I now have what appears to be a Crank but No-Spark issue.
I do have one other issue, but I believe it is unrelated. I have a connector that I cannot find a home for:
2 wire connector, either blue/wht or blue/grey wires, located on passenger side, at the end of the harness. (harness splits, one half has the coil pack and CPS connectors, other half has this connector)
Testing I have done so far:
Checked all underhood fuses.
Checked for fuel pressure at the rail. It sprays at the test port.
Pulled #1 plug. It is fuel soaked.
Verified B+ voltage at pin #3 on the coil pack connector
Pulled plug wire off at coil and found no spark. Tried 3 different wires.
My next step, unless anyone has a better idea, is to pull the coil pack and check the cam syncro.
