Default Need help with shaker system

ok so I have a v6 3.9l mustang and I have installed a shaker system. The problem is when it rains I will get water in thru the intake. Does anyone know how to fix that problem.

Uninstall shaker, or put something in it to plug it up (ie:shop towel) and don't drive in the rain.
