No rear sway bar on v6 99?
After a road race session and a Auto X run, I noticed my v6 99 has no rear sway bar. The handling suffers from very strong under-steer and is wearing the outside edges of the tires quickly. On the road, hard cornering results in more under steer. My goal is to get a more neutral handling feel on Rally Cross. I do have a set of lowering springs I could install.

I’m not sure when they started including rear sway bars on our rides. My wifey’s ’98 V6 doesn’t have one either.
If your having handling issues like that I would first check your control arm bushings. If they are cracked/worn/distorted then they should be replaced. They are probably squishing in the corners causing a strange handing feel. Go with polyurethane bushings to help lower the amount of flex.
Good luck...

My '95 came with one but it was filled with (felt like) sand. If you want to get one on the cheap go to any junkyard and get one out of a Fox. I pulled one from a '88 GT and it fit perfectly on my '95 with no issues and it only cost me $18.
