So this is a super coupe swap? Which means your back to a single port correct? Looks amazing

Yeah its back to single port but the heads have been really ported hard and polished really well. I'm still working on getting it tuned correctly but so far everything is going pretty smooth. I have an entire split port engine that I need to sell, it just had new head gaskets, valve job and new valve seals.

Looking good!
Ported single ports will flow equal to ported split ports if done right.
What are you doing for fuel system?

I'm still running the returnless fuel system but with a focus pump and 30# injectors. It really blew me away how fast this car is now. I have only got to drive it a few times just to the store and back since I have 2 fault codes p0340 and p0721 which are for the cam sensor and speed sensor. I actually believe that a faulty alternator is causing these.

So what's the damage to your wallet for all this? I'm not sure if I want to invest any more money in my sixxer or dump it all in the GT

If you have a 2004 it wont be as bad on you since your motor is already internally balanced. You need a whole SC car to make it work and a tuner. It's gonna be about $3,000 to do the complete swap if you port and polish, add headers and do lots of performance upgrades like I have but on a budget you could find a supercoupe for around $1000 and spend about $600-$800 more and complete the swap. There are actually VERY few if anyone else that has completed the swap on a 99-04 car, one of a kind!

I don't have dyno numbers to prove it yet but this car is putting down more torque than a well modded GT. Stock SC motors are 330 torque and 230 hp for the 94-95 model year, according to calculations/estimates my car should be somewhere around 375 torque and 300 hp.
