Yeah, possibly. However I would post it under its own thread since it is a different problem then the one you initially posted about.

RPMs changing when you use some electronics would indicate a weak battery/alternator. I would have them tested at your local auto parts store. Most will test them for free. Call ahead first of course. Batteries & alternators are strange sometimes. Age doesn’t matter. They can just let go sometimes. You can do your own test, if you like, with a multimeter. The battery should be between 12.4 & 12.8 volts DC with the car off and 13.5 to 15 volts DC with the car running. When you use the raise/lower the window, see how far the voltage drops. It shouldn’t drop more then a volt or two. Any more and the battery/alternator combo are to weak for the electrical load. One or both may be faulty. Good luck...

Default my 01 does that

when i put the windows up the rpms fall but if my head lights don't dim while i do it im not worried about the alternator or battery being bad. my sebring did the same thing and the solstice does it too. wouldn't be a bad idea to go to autozone and have the alt tested though, of course your choice. And a new battery shouldn't matter cause the alternator supplies the power to most of the car while its running
