Post pics of the engine bay.
And also the price you paid, believe it or not, you paid a fair price for the car. Roush's and Saleens have one very bad problem, and that is that they are nothing more than modified GTs with an "official" production run. So what does that mean for resell value, it means it's hard to accurately price them. Due to the fact that they are "rare" as long as proper documentation is provided, it also makes them hard to price because no "book" company tracks specialty cars. So it's all a best guess. In general a 2004 GT Premium in clean condition with extremely low miles should retail for approximately $8500. So that's aproximately $18000 lower than it's original price.
A Roush 440A kit added approx $29,000 to the sticker price of the GT. Meaning that given the same value of depreciation, modern top line selling price should be around $16,000 give or take $4,000. So it short, you're pretty close to that.

Super clean engine bay
In love with the gauges
And i completely agree with you Jthorn9, however the way im looking at it, i would of paid more than I did had it come down to it... Technically speaking, this is only 1 of the 15 440a coupes...rare in my eyes...

Like I said, very rare, but also hard to price because it's not an official production from Ford and as a result doesn't carry the same system of tracking value and depreciation. Great find though.

Holy high res.... Someone just threw other rims on it (I personally like the black rims, i think it complements the car well) But i picked her up today actually...was throwing up a SES light (P0453, was caused by a aftermarket gas cap) fixed that, now Im thinking the clutch cable is stretched, the clutch isnt fully disengaging. If i have the clutch fully in, and in gear, the slightest rev, and the car will start to move. Ive tried the self adjusting crap with no luck...Ill try to get under the car tomorrow and take a peek. I know the car has a stage 3 clutch...unsure of the brand.

And now start the problems........told you there was a reason it had the price.......
As stated those are not Roush wheels. The owner likely sold them for a nice profit and put those cheap Saleen replicas on instead.
