Is the starter relay OK. It is in the fuse box where you said the accident happened

Study the fuse box under the hood. It is located next to the battery. When the battery exploded due to impact some of the wiring could have malfunctioned.

Yea, change some fuses or check the whole fuse box to make sure it's not shot because that does sound like the relay.
