Default Need MAJOR help guys!

Alright guys, got a major issue. I bought a 1995 Mustang 3.8L Mustang (Fuel Injected Motor) from a guy that needed it gone and well lets just say he screwed me over hardcore. I have a video but I'll let you know what's going on. So when you cold start the car it instantly boggs down really low and shuts off. I turn it on again, does same thing but when I step on the gas it stays on but under 500 RPM's and never raises and if I let off the gas it dies. It just sits at 500RPM's for like 2 minutes even when my foots to the ground. Now when it starts to warm up it idles at 400-600RPM's and runs really rough. When I put it in gear, and try to go and I rev the car up (it's a 5 speed) to move I have to literally stomp on the gas and watch the car SLOWLY rev up to 2500RPM's to even get the car to move and even then it boggs down really slow and doesn't accelerate at all. It literally takes me 30 seconds to even rev the car to 2000RPM's. Also i don't know if this is it but the headers get cherry red when the car is on for more than 5 minutes. It legit dumps fuel more than it should. We did have a problem with the Catalytic converters being clogged and we got a whole new exhaust system from the headers down and still doesn't help. People say it's running on 4 cylinders because once I get to maybe 30MPH it like stumbles and starts to go faster but doesn't accelerate like it should still. Now for the list of what i've done to try to fix this problem:

New fuel filter
New Spark Plugs (could it be the coil pack/wires are shot never replaced them)
Rewired radiator fan and battery terminals
New oil filter
New Water Pump
Whole new dual exhaust system
New camshaft sensor
New MAF sensor
New throttle cable
Not a new one but I have an aftermarket CAI (this might even be it though but I doubt it is for the acceleration.)

Please all help is needed!

any CELs?

I had a car do something similar, a lot worse in my case in fact. It turned out to have jumped timing, I would see if the timing is off. Good luck!

It does seem similar, especially the part where it takes forever to rev up. It's really hard to tell though since it could be a number of things. Maybe someone else will have some ideas, but I would check the timing to be sure. How many miles are on the car/engine?

Are the manifolds still getting red hot after the new exhaust?

I first thought timing issue as well, or a dead cylinder (or two).
