Default HELP! Water pump replacement problems

I am in the process of changing my water pump. I have removed all the bolts, the power steering bracket, etc. However, the pipe that goes into the top of the water pump (I included pictures, sorry for the poor quality it was night time) will not budge, and i am clueless as to how to remove it. Any input will be greatly appreciated, thanks!!
