Default Car Trouble, Please help

I just purchased a 2000 Mustang V6, It was working fine on the way home but after a couple days the battery died. The gentleman I purchased it from replaced the radio because he wanted to keep it due to it being aftermarket. He said when the car turns off it will reset the stations. So after charging the battery I took out the radio but it's still draining the battery. Now I noticed that the Windshield wipers are not working and my instrument cluster lights are always on even when the car is off.

Instruments lights are what's draining your battery. He's hacked up the wiring to the stereo installing the radio himself most likely. Electronic issues are really hard to diagnose/fix online. Especially when someone has been messing with the wiring.
