HOLY S**T so i friggin fixed oit… lol i found that in the mustang rear left of the trunk their is a pump reset/shutoff button you can press to get it pumping again i tried didn't work BUT ! after going back last night again thinking why don't it work my luck is crap? .. with flash light ! i seen one wire with corrosion a green wire on the connector and was in the connector but serve corrosion every in th spot were it went so what i did was put out the green wire on each side of the connector stripped it a bit , wired them together with similar gauge wire and BINGO that was is the electric was not flowing threw that wire which obviously i assume was vital for the fuel pumps power and or turn on signal starts every time now ! i may repaved the connectors anyway now that i know that id rather hav it proper even though this fixed it lol

Buy a new switch. That's a serious safety issue to not have hooked up.

i went in to a shop yesterday the echoic said its fine its not at the switch it stll works ju a cord bypass over another connector no the one to the switch its only a signal wire to tell the pump to turn on he said its fine as is unless i wanna buy 5$ connectors and get its on in 2 mins its not a huge deal or massive amount of voltage threw it no 12 volts or anything, but all in al i got the new one just has to wire it on some point she's fine for now

Well Done!...honestly that is the first time i have seen anyone anywhere have to do anything with the fuel pump reset switch on a mustang. Sure people say check it all the time, but you are the first i have seen who actually had a problem with it. In the future i will certainly remmeber to check for corosion on my own.
