Default exhuast manifold part, can't find it anywhere.

My exhaust manifolds were cracked so I replaced both my exhaust manifolds (with same stock ones) this past weekend and when I was driving home today I heard something come off of my drivers side exhaust manifold and it was one of those big cap nuts (not sure what they are called) that came completely off.

I tried going to Napa and the Ford dealership but they couldn't get me any because they only come with the Manifold. Does anyone here know where I can get one or even what it is called?

Any help is much appreciated!

You can use just a regular bolt there. I prefer stainless steel. Just take one off and bring it to a hardware store and get one with the same thread and whalah. done.
