Default 5 speed cruise control?

I have a 1999 v6 5 speed and it has cruise control buttons on the steering wheel. just wondered if they use this wheel on all transmissions, or has mine been swapped? never heard of c/c on a 5 speed before, thanks.

As far as I know it's standard on all sn95's right? At least I've never seen one without it.
