Left front turn signal

Left front turn signal
My left front turn signal will not work, nor will the left turn arrow on the instrument cluster flash. Every thing on the right side works.
Replaced flasher , not the trouble.
the bulb nor socket is the problem- swapped r to l and l to r
the right rear works ok.
Is there a relay or power module between the flasher that might come in to play?
Its a 1999 v6 convertible .
