Default What's the future for V6?

Do you think that Ford will do away with the V6 for the Mustang in favor of the EcoBoost 4-cylinder in the near future?

I would have to say yes and no. I think the 4 is going to be a great engine and I would love one as my DD. As time rolls on I think more and more people will realize the potential of the ecoboosts. The only way I see the v6 surviving is like in rental cars. Hertz seem to just lap up v6 convertibles, as these will still be cheaper than the 4. It will be great when one day the ecoboost is the same price as the v6. And who knows, we might see the ecoboost v6 in the mustang down the road. It is all to be seen, but it is a bright future
