ABS/trac on and off ??

Default ABS/trac on and off ??

Hello i have a 04 mustang gt 5speed and need some help new on here will appreciate the help thanks ....i Been having a problem lately were ill take a drive inside my car and my abs and trac light will turn on my dash wile driving 30 sec later they will shut off .. Today got up to start my car and my abs light was on the dash and my trac button light was on try pressing it to turn off the light but wouldn't work took it around the block to test my brakes and abs wasn't working as well as trac control , did a hard launch sung the wheels and all the sudden my lights go off and everything was fine ?? Any idea i been looking and people say its abs module or abs sensor ? Please help .. Thanks

I'm going to go with sensor. Pull the sensors and clean them up.
The rear ones on my '04 were frozen solid and I ended up replacing them, but you might get lucky.

Im hopeing its the sensor so should i clean out all of them or just the rear ?

Had this issue and turned out I had a broke wire inside one of the sensors, had to replace it problem solved! But they are a magnetic setup and stuff sticks and clogs them real easy, cleaning usually does the trick!

They are a set. Clean them all. If any one of them has a bad read, the computer will see that as either a failure or as a wheel breaking free.
