Exclamation Water from radiator and coolant compartment

God lord, first off I have to now press on the brake to start my car???? Secondly, water and anti freeze are shooting out of their compartments? I have sort of an idea of what it might be. I could really use some help though! Thanks

Going by his other post it overheats as well, so I'm not thinking the cap will be the easy fix he wants it to be.

When I try to start the car it wants to turn over and idle but it just cant. Then when I keep going to try and have it the water shoots out the radiator and the anti freeze container? The last owner said the anti freeze wasn't flowing to the engine I believe it might be the thermostat or the water pump?

Could a bad radiator cap be part of the problem? Can I just buy a new one at O'Rillys ?

Something is pressurizing the cooling system. On a cold start you should be able to removed the radiator cap when running without any spewing. Sounds like the head gaskets gave up or you have a cracked block/head

I hope not, do you like on average how much that might cost to fix?

Or is there anyway I can test it myself to see without taking apart my engine?
