Default Plastic push pin fasteners for underside of 98 front bumper

I have been looking for replacement fasteners/rivets that attach the plastic skirt under the front bumper to the underside of the bumper. I have looked at many sites online that have all kinds of plastic rivets but none of them look just like the ones that I need. Can someone tell me where to find this part or the Ford part #?

Thanks!

Do you need a special tool to attach these?

I believe just a rivet gun. Or you could just get some nuts, bolts and washers. This would be cheaper than the specialty rivets.

Yep, some short bolts and washers will do wonders, zip ties work if you wanna be real cheap. But bolts will prolly be cheaper than the correct rivets.
