It'll be my first so I'm just going to use it as a daily driver and cruise in. Eventually I'll start throwing mods on it. What about you?

I've been debating whether coupe or vert. I plan on to do headers, CAI, cam, just making a nice cruiser myself. hopefully this year I'll have one has to be a 5spd though

Coupe's are my preference. Not really digging the verts on most makes due to the back side windows. I like the way it is in the picture below. The car I'm looking at has starter mods so I'm set on the custom intake and exhaust system it already has, but I may throw some headers and whatnot later down the road. I might not even go with the car I'm looking at due to the miles, but I'm in love with it.

Mods don't add value to the car, unless you are willing to pay the increase.

I didn't know that, haha. So you think $1,400 and increase by $200 and see how it goes and walk away at $1,800? I think it's fair based on KBB + miles.

I think your plan is straight on Tyler. As PNY said, mods general dont add value especially when reselling. In fact it usually hurts it in most cases. But it sounds like you like the mods this car has, and like i said before, IMO they all are solid upgrades. The car looks good as well. The one thing always is to know you CAN walk away from the deal. But like I said, your plan seems very solid. Can't wait to hear the news!

Thank you. I'll definitely post back with updates. I'm going to see it sometime in the first week of March as I'm out of state right now until the 28th.

Most Mustang Forums including this one advertise American Muscle, so I assume it's not frowned upon. I mean, on the right side of this forum under Featured Sponsors, I see an ad for it.
