For the new edge(99-04) mustangs, thinking about swapping a supercharger off a thunderbird super coupe. Would I be better off swapping just the supercharger or the whole engine all together, an what else do you think I'd have to do??

You cant swap just the SC. You will need to swap heads and lower intake as well. You are betteer off swapping the engine engine as the supercoupe engine has a forged bottom end.

You're also going to want to grab the computer and harness.

You need to grab the whole engine as the super coupe was single port and 99-04 was split port, if you want to put a blower on your current car you need the adapter kit for the supercharger off the 03/04 cobra

You do not need either. The new edge is obd2 and so all is needed is a tuner to change tune parameters.
