Default Radio Wiring

OK, I'm a bit confused if anyone can help, or send me to a website. I have a 99 V6 Convertible Mustang with the old dual stereo tape deck and a separate CD player.
What I want to do is replace the top Radio/Tape with a new unit, and remove the CD player below and install a Cubby.
Problem is I can't find any wiring for doing this.
The system has a Ford amp, (two plugs in the rear)
Any sites or suggestions?

Thanks in advance

You can purchase the kit as jwog666 says above, or if you want to figure it out I've included a radio circuit diagram from a 2000. It is a busy diagram, so I'm not sure how its going to come out. PM me if you want me to email you a pdf version that you can zoom out on.
