p2195 code
I have a 2004 Mustang base with a 3.9l engine. I've driven the car for short 5 minute trips about once a week over the last 3 months. The other day the service engine soon came on and the OBD2 code (p2195) says that the bank 1, O2 sensor stuck on lean. There are no other codes that show up. I have cleaned the air flow sensor and the IAC valve and reset the code, only to have it come back after about 20 minutes of driving. I noticed that not all of the emissions tests have passed yet but I suspect that is because I have not completed a full drive cycle after resetting the code. The car runs fine (no misfires or stalling). The O2 sensors show not ready in the emission test? My question is what part of the drive cycle are the O2 sensors tested?

once it warms up then it's being monitored (closed loop)
i'll try swap sensors to verify if it's the sensor or a wiring issue.

the o2 sensors are tested the entire time that its in closed loop, if 1 sensor is stuck lean you can rule out the MAF as that would effect both banks the same, for the cost of an o2 sensor and the ease of replacement i would just swap with a new one, sometimes swapping from side to side can cause more issues if they are corroded in the pipe
