Car shaking

Car shaking
Hi! So I drive a 2000 Ford Mustang with about 110,000 miles on it. I've gone through 3 throw out bearings since June and now my current is starting to squeal when the clutch is not engaged. In addition to that when I shift into 3rd or 5th gear and am in between 2000 and 3000 RPM the car starts to shake so badly I feel like it is going to fall about and everything inside rattles more than is normal. If any of y'all have any ideas I would've really grateful because at this point I have no idea.
Thanks- a broke college student

If the engine is shaking, I'd start by removing all of the belts and see if the shaking is gone. Don't run it too long, it will overheat pretty quickly. Check the engine and transmission mounts, you may have to take them out to see if they are shot.
I think your clutch linkage is not adjusted properly, so the TO is spinning all of the time. Or perhaps you are resting your foot on the clutch. It's also important to replace the pilot bearing when you replace the TO bearing.

I agree with Chromeshadow on the troubleshooting. Also 3 TO bearings in that short of a time period is highly unusual. Check clutch cable adjustment - google this topic so you understand how the automatic adjuster works (plastic parts that can break). As said above, don't "ride" the clutch with your left foot.
After you have checked everything possible for the vibration, take a look at the harmonic balancer. The rubber insulator on the balancer starts to get dry-rotted, fails and the weight on the balancer can shift. When this happens, you will get strange engine vibrations at different RPM's (feels like an engine miss). It took me a few months to track this down on my son's 2000 V6. I attached a close up of the Balancer - notice the cracks in the rubber? This balancer did not appear to have shifted, but once I changed it the engine smoothed right out.
