Easiest way I have heard to fix this would be to get a used one off another Mustang. Don't think JB Weld will be able to handle the heat, but I would think welding would work as long as there are no leaks. What made it break in the first place? Did it rot out or something?

Depending on where it broke will determine if you can fix it or not. The ends are a swivel fitting so you can tighen it,m without rotating the entire tube.

Could always try an EGR delete. You will need to turn this off in a tune and this will affect emissions testing and mpg. Personally I don't advocate this, but it is an option.
