Default missing tube?

Hello good folks! I have a 3.8 V6 2004 untangle and I was wondering if anyone else has a tube protruding out from the back wall under the hood. It is near the passenger side where the egr tube connects to the exhaust. Am I missing something? It leaks some type of liquid every now and then. Droplets to be exact...I have attached photos. Thanks in advance!!!

I think if you turn on the AC it will leak .... it is the drain from the AC evaporator.
