I have a simple problem that I can not get passed. While attempting to remove heads it self they got suck, i removed all bolts ontop of heads plus the 8 bolts required to move it but they wont come out, I tried looking everywhere but I could not find out what bolts are holding them in.

Try using the power steering bolts and bracket bolts that mount parallel with the cylinder heads to grab a hold of and Rock it back and fourth to free up the gasket from it. Total of 8 head bolts per head must be removed.

Use a soft handled hammer. Insert the handle into one of the intake runners and pry upwards. The soft handle won't hurt the head and it will give you the leverage you need to free up the bond between the gasket.

Make doubly sure that everything is disconnected. Not just he accessories up front, but the exhaust manifolds, too.
