And any f/I setup for the 3.8 is gonna have to be custom and expensive. There just isn't a lot of options for these motors.
So what i think you guys tried to say in english is that this turbo will spool probably at very high rpm's?

put it this way, that motor is 1.5xs the size of yours in displacement. you will never push enough volume to move the turbine, let alone build any boost on the compressor side.

A turbo is a turbo doesn't matter if its diesel or gas. The thing you'd have to do though is get one that matches the size of your engine...cant put a 5L turbo on a 3.8L engine...wont do anything right....could run out of engine at 3000 rpm or just start boost at 3000 rpm...or not work at all. Try to find a turbo under 4L
