Default Shutters/shakes at take off

2003 3.8 V6 5 speed manual with 149,000 miles.
Put in new clutch in September with throw out bearing, Pilot bushing, etc. and had flywheel re-surfaced (shop said it was in good shape, didn't have to take much off). The car shakes/shutters like a bad clutch on take-off after the it warms up. When the car is cold say over night or after sitting all day at work it works fine. But if I take it out at lunch and drive around and go to stores etc. it acts up. It shifts fine and all is well after it gets going. It's my son's car and he said it has been doing this immediately after installing the new clutch but he never said anything about it til he came home for Christmas. I have the car now and two mechanics have both said it's not the clutch but the engine cutting out under load. NO codes or CEL. I just cleaned the ICV and throttle body, I'm replacing the spark plug wires (original wires still on the car) and have tested the MAF sensor and the TPS and all is well. No vacum leaks that I can find. Haven't checked or replaced motor mounts.
Anyone with some ideas?
Thank you

It sounds like the pressure plate was tightened down incorrectly or has gotten weak.
