Default It's all over for the Quick6

Tow truck came to get it today. It was lost in the floods in Baton Rouge, and after removing from the garage for the insurance to get it, there were 4 attempts at stealing it in less than a week, one of which caused the bumper to be torn off. 10 years I had that car, far longer than any other I've owned

From all its glory

To its fall

To moments before it was towed away forever

If you were attached to it you could have asked to buy it back from the insurance. They usually will let you have it for nothing.

Not in this case. When vehicles are flooded in an event like this, they are crushed for public health. I'm not going to dump more money into anyway. It ran it's course, I was actually considering selling it since I never drive it. Fortunately I had full coverage, still waiting to see how that pans out.

Very sad to see it flooded.

Hope the insurance company is generous.

They finally called me with the payout today. The insurance was actually pretty good with their offer. I'm happy with what I got, considering I had planned to sell the car for much less if I were to have voluntarily let it go.
