Default 97 V6 wont start

Bought a 97 V6 Mustang that has been sitting for 6 months. Previous owner said it ran fine, then he parked it and now wont start.
There was no fuel pump sound so I replaced the pump. It now has pressure to the rail.
Verified there is spark. And it does run on starting fluid. I plan to check for injector pulse but ran out of time.
SO... If I dont have injector pulse, what does that mean? Computer? Inertia switch? Theft system?
Ideas???

Put plenty of good gas in there. It has only been 6 months.
I checked all the fuses today and all looked good. Did not check the injector pulse yet. No codes.
Assuming there is NO injector pulse, what is the next step? Could it be a CPS or CKS?
