Default Some Wiring Help?!

Ok as you can see (on the pics) the black wire is disconnected and my gauge doesn't glow. I tried to reconnect it but I don't know where. I should've juct connected it straight to the lights switch, but now I have a separate switch for the gauge. However, that doesn't matter I just want to know where to connect this wire.

P.S. I also lost one of those pins on the speedometer. I know it's in the car but if I can't find it where can I getnew one?

So did you have to get a dyno tune after installing those floormats? lol

The black wire is probably just a ground. Put it to some metal and see if it works.
