Default Why do people say mustangs are bad cars?

I just got my 99 v6 mustang from my brother and i'm pretty sure he never had a problem with it and i haven't had a problem with it yet. And i want to buy another one after this one dies. but why do people say mustangs are bad and not reliable?

because american cars usually suck, and mustangs have ****ty handling. But everything can be fixed if modded the right way.

People are gonna hate on your car no matter what, everyone has there preferences. A car will last as long as you need it to as long as you keep up on the maintenance. My first stang had a 140k miles on it and it ran like a champ. got 4k Trade in -)

alright thank you guys, makes me feel a little bit better now, can't wait to buy a new one but also real quick, when i'm driving i guess decently fast i feel my steering wheel vibrate, any solutions or suggestions and also my brake pedal and gas pedal squeak when depressed (new brake pads just installed and rotors were cut also)
