Found a ford T-lok and 3.73 gears new in box over at V6P for 200 obo... I almost can't turn it down... and after dropping 250 on the termi bumper, I still have a little under a grand to play with... Shocks and springs?

I know everyone says how easily the tloks break, but in all honesty I've never driven the car hard from a stand still, I usually am only doing pulls starting around 30mph or so. I don't think this 6 with the auto ahs enough torque to break it while already cruising.

There is a reason why the rest of us have not jumped on that over at V6P.

Auburn or Detroit are the best options for a LSD.

My Auburn has taken alot of abuse and its still going. Now I need to see if it can handle the torque from the Eaton.

yeah, but how much did that Auburn run you... I'm between jobs right now and starting school again in two months time. Until my grants, scholarships, and student loans are processed I'll be spending very little on the stang... and I KNOW "cheaping out" isn't the way to go, but I don't think I'll ever want to push my sixxer past 325rwhp, even with an Eaton. I'll most likely never take the car to the drag. I don't think the t-lok would have any problem supporting my current setup as well as any setup I may choose for the six down the road...

I promised myself I'd gift me a termi when I graduate college =)
