Default 95 3.8 L multiple cylinder misfire

I have a 95 3.8L that runs a little sluggish and then at 90km a check engine light comes on and the code is for 2 cylinders misfiring. At this point the car runs like its on 4 cylinders rough until you come to a stop. If you turn off the car and restart the car runs ok until you reach 90 again then the same thing happens all over again. I have changed the plugs wires filters and coil unit. It happens sooner and runs worse if under load like up a hill and with the overdrive on. The car is an automatic any ideas.....

Mine hasn't had a misfire since I cleaned my EGR.
