Default 2003 3.8 w/105k sluggish shifting

hi everybody; i am new to this site and have a mustang v6 3.8 auto having problem w/the transaxle tha is sluggish shiftting; i was ready to change the fluid & filter, or i yes should add trasnmedic fluid. This is my fisrt ford so i will appreciate any suggestion. Thanks.

get a tuner to program your car for firmer shifts. checkout americanmuscle.com
