Default Gas Mileage - around town 3.8 v6

Okay, I saw where someone asked about highway miles. How about in town driving? My 03 - 3.8 v6 gets less then 15 in town, is the NORM? I think it sucks, seems like it was getting around 17 can't figure what would of caused it to go down.
Thanks for any feedback

I give mine hell, and with my heavy tires, I still get 20 city and 25 highway... with stock tires I pulled 23.5 & 28

I maintain around 22 city, even after slapping on the Eaton and occaisional spirited acceleration. I get around 25-27 hwy.

My tires actually have a pretty big affect on my fuel economy, enough to where I want some 17x7's and some skinny tires for DD use just to improve it.
