I finally have the important stuff on my car that I wanted to get, and now I have decided to go back and pick over some things I did wrong. As it stands, my straight pipes are a bit raspy at high RPM's, and I'd prefer to sound less like a ricer. I'm not all that interested in sacrificing sound, so full size mufflers, no matter how nice (Flows and the like) are out of the question. I'm really looking at Thrush Walker and Cherry Bombs glasspacks. What I'd like to know is, what difference does the length make? Are longer ones quieter, or just deeper. Thanks in advance for any help.
