Default never doing business with MPS

So when I first bought mach 460 system for my mustang8-10-2009, I ask did it come with the wires I was told yes and when I received my package with no wires. So I ask them, they said they will ship them. 3 days later I get the wires except the body harness and amp wires, send them an email explaining what I needed and was getting tired tearing my car apart. They send amp wires no body harness. after that I sent another email saying what I needed they send out another amp harness that was longer by now I was getting really pissed called up there after I send 3 emails and no replays from them they told me she will pick it out and ship it out that day 1 week later nothing... called up there again and finally I guess I talk to the right guy or something I was explaining I was getting tired of waiting and was really getting angry with the lack of customer support I was getting. Finally 9-20-2009 I received the last bit of the wires just to find out it was too much of a hassle to do it. From my experience I will probably not be doing business with them again.
I plan on buying 8.8 rear end and more interior pieces from them but I guess I will go somewhere else.

Ive bought several items from them with no problems. They have reasonable prices on the parts, but only if you dont have to ship them.

I've bought a good bit of stuff, including my Kaenen hood from them and never one issue. In fact when I was on the waiting list for some Cobra parts, months went by for them to get the inventory, but they still called and emailed me to let have the option for the parts.

Not everyone is perfect, you just may have had the misfortune of falling through the cracks.

^ x2. I purchased my 99/01 cobra fogs and had great customer support and shipping. I plan on purchasing more from them over time.

I'd venture to guess that they sent you what you asked specifically for. They aren't going to send things you don't ask for by name.
