I got this http://autobadges.com/vinyldecals/ its a little pricey but looks really good and I have had no problems at all with it. It sticks right on in like a minute. You could do it for like 10 bucks tinting them yourself but I like the looks of mine. As for the letters, same thing, they look good and stick right on in seconds. No problems with either.
I don't like the ones from am personally because they take away the tri-bar look of the tail lights and its just a round smooth cover. Your choice I would pick the one through autobadges.
if i were you, i would get them sprayed at a paint shop...
it should cost $50-100 for both i would think and it looks 1000x better than any vinyl out there..
i had the stangmods vinyl and although it was great, it just didnt do it for me.. i wanted darker and i didnt like how the vinyl wasnt cut perfectly to specs for each light... the paint covers all of the light and gives you a "cleaner" look
but either are good..
for an extra couple bucks you can get them sprayed and it WILL look better IMO
