I am looking at a 1995 Mustang 3.6L v6. Its got a minor dent over a broken headlight. Its shifter sticking a little bit, a small vacuum hose leak, and the power seat motor (not a big problem) its interior is in IDEAL condition. Its black solid black, no scratches that one minor dent. I have been looking for something around this type. He's selling it for $1500. I am 15 and get my permit in 5 months, i am working now and i will make around $1600 between know and then. What you guys think ? If you thinka yes, what should i put into it.

I would pass on the car and keep saving for something better. You don't want to buy a car you are going to have to put a lot of money into it especially when your only 16.
I agree....keep saving. You dont want to spend hard earned cash on something that needs a fair amt of work. I am moving this to the tech section...maybe some of the other members can help you decide....

The thing is my dad will only buy me a car thats cheap. And all of my money is going to be put in mods once it gets finished. My dads paying for repairs
I'd go ahead and get it, it's cheap, it's easy to work on, and you can learn something with it, but don't attempt to dump a ton of money into it, it'll never pay off. Mods don't add value.

Agreed with Ryan, My old 95 had NINE THOUSAND dollars in it, albeit some of these were repairs, 3 to 5 of it was modifications, but it didnt cover the fact it was still a POS, and my nine grand car got sold for 1500 to a buy here pay here place and I cruise around in my bare old 99 that I wouldnt trade back for the world. Im partial to the 99 to 04 style, since ive yet to have a problem with mine. and i am lead footed, especially seeing good sounding exhaust like mine and a cold air give you the balls to try to race anyone.
