Taking out a loan for mods sounds like a bad idea.

ive pulled out loans to put some parts on my other mustangs i had, but never that high only for like 3k-4k and the only reason i did it was because i got a banging interest rate other wise i wouldnt have. if i where you i would just try n save some money and get the parts because it might only cost 14k for all the parts u want but its gonna end up being close to 18 or 19 depending on your interest rate you get. it def wouldnt b worth it man just save your cash and get it bits at time.

Yeah, I would never take out a loan to mod my car. Especially a $14,000 one.

If i was taking a 14k loan out i wouldnt fix my car, i take 8k of the loan money, go to a car lot, get either a 03/04 mach 1 or 99/01 cobra, take the other 6k or so and put towards suspension and power mods. Thats my .02

You'd need collateral for the parts for the bank to claim if you go into default.... like signing over the title to your car.
No mod is worth taking out a loan IMO.
