I also stay in TX , I've found a 2000 mustang with no brake pads and "few scratches on paint" has 190k miles on it... She wants 1100 for it is this aa buy or no. Im in college and this will also be my first car I don't want anything that will constantly need fixing or will break down, so fill me in please

Hell yeah i would. I bought mine at 231k miles and its at 240k now. Still running great

As for mod ideas depends on what you are looking for. All i have done to mine is a CAI and a coil pack. but still intend to do more.

Well first my front bumper is kinda screwed up and there are dents in the car so I dealing with the cosmetic issues right now , so I don't know if I should order the car and get the part painted or just go to a shop and get it there ... This is my first car and I'm 18 so i dont have much experience but I love cars especially mustangs...

A bumper isn't that hard of a replace and shouldn't cost that much. and mine is my first car too. I'm 19. As for dents unless its a big dent it won't be that noticeable. I had a dented fender I replaced when i bought mine.
