Default Suspension

Hey guys I am ordering H&R lowering springs and wanted to know if I needed anything else suspension wise. I know there are things you can get but what is necessary. I'm not too familiar with this subject.

You don't NEED anything else. Get an alignment when your done. 4 bolt cc plates aren't a bad idea either depending on which springs your going with and how low its going to be so you can get a proper alignment.

I was thinking of going with the H&R springs from American Muscle.

You cant go wrong with H&R.
My wife bought her's used and they are still great.

I know of one case where the shocks were bad and in turn ruined the springs, but thats just one case, happened on these boards too.

The ones April has is actually the fronts to the kit you listed, she has different rears though, for an IRS.

Great choice none the less.

really nothing else. like stated, caster/camber plates wouldnt hurt. Alignment would be good. otherwise just throw them in and call it good.

Yeah the adjustable caster cambers will be needed for proper alignment but you don't need to buy those over priced things online, most shops have them for half the price.
