Default Do I need a new torque wrench?

So I took out my torque wrench for the first time in a long while the other day. I looked at it and it was reading about 30 ft-lbs under no load. Do I need to get a new wrench or can I just at 30 to the recommended? ie torquing lugnuts to 100 if recommended is 70?

Is it the style with the needle and the gauge on the handle? If it's broken just go buy a new one. They're like $20 at Sears.

The needle one from sears is the ONLY one that has a lifetime warranty, so at least you can get a new one free, that is if it is a Crafstman.
