Default April 10th Autocross, Snake River Region

Howdy boys! I'm back with a couple pictures and a few videos from Sunday's autox event!

Won the XD Bump Group(STX Pax) this weekend against 7 other drivers. Placed 11th in PAX out of 86 drivers, and ran 27th RAW. Overall very happy with the car this season, I dont plan any more modifications for the season, I just want to focus on improving my driving.

Thanks for checking these out guys

Great vids Clif.
That HD Hero is a nice addition to your video gear too.

Having the camera so high up made it look like you killed a couple cones. :P
The outside vids showed just how close you were nipping at them, awesome driving!

If you want to grab another, might I suggest going over to Hookit.com and signing up, then apply for a sponsorship from them.

They accepted my application but in the contract it states that you can not use any other video recording device other than what is offered by GoPro.

That wouldnt work for me since I use Canon DSLR's (7D, 1D) to shoot shop/install video with. I needed the GoPro so I dont risk losing a $2000 dollar body with a $1200 dollar lens in a turn or off a bump.

I declined the sponsorship, but otherwise its a good chance to get some money off your next purchase.

Being that your already well established you would probably get a better offer than I did.

I am sponsored through Hookit right now for AmsOil which is 20-35% off on everything, not bad for a start.

What other mods do you have other than the GR40?

Its a better mod list than I thought you had.
I thought you were stock except for the GR40 stuff and exhaust.

Have you thought about doing a windstar swap?

Its a good way to drop high weight and add a few ponies.
Get a ported lower to match it too to lose a little more weight.

Have you dont any weight reduction yet?
There is a lot of easy, minimally invasive weight reduction that you can do.

haha thanks guys.

I dont have anything done weight reduction wise, but the car has an intersting interior option. was a fleet/rental so it came with zero frills outside of the mach system. I weighed it last year for suspension tuning purposes and it came in at about 3220 with me inside it.

why dont you autocross your saleen myeyes?

How much did you weigh when you put the car on the scales?
