I'm looking at dropping an M112 kit into my 2004 3.9, to do this i would need to change my hood situation.... I've seen it done with with a five in cowl hood, but im not a big fan of the way the cowl looks. I have also seen it done with cutting a hole in the hood for clearance and using a shaker scoop for the looks. any one have any suggestions or know where i can get the scoop?

You will also need the front facing scoop hood off a 99-02 v6(99-04GT) or best bet is to get a 01-04 GT hood with the scoop already in place

Yeah grab a gt hood with the scoop already installed and cut that up, also a shaker scoop is mounted to the engine and the hood has a cut out for it, like on the Mach 1's

i know how the shaker hood works, i was just wondering where you can get one that doesnt cost over $700
