3.8 V6 in a 1995 Ford Mustang

My question is I just put a 3.8 V6 in a 95 Ford Mustang and as soon as it cranks up it will die and I cant seem to figure out what the problem could be

You didn't do something right. Check your work.

Check and make sure all your sensors are plugged in correctly.
Also be sure you have proper fuel pressure at the rails.

Try unplugging the fuel relay switch in the trunk then plugging it back in, this resets the fuel system.

If that doesn't work, then odds are you forgot to hook something up or hooked something up in the wrong order.

That is the inertia switch and no it doesn't "reset" the fuel system. If it is jarred it will create an open circuit which shuts off power to the fuel pump. Pressing the red button resets the switch after it has been tripped but otherwise does nothing.
